CONTRACT MANUFACTURING OF HEALTH & BEAUTY PRODUCTS
1.Diesel, Jet A1, Gasoil & Pet Coke
We are hold official seller mandate letters to sell various fuels, including; Diesel, JET A1, Pet Coke, UREA 46, and other specialized products. Hexabomb also quotes on shipping, logistics, and insurance - leveraging the strong partnerships we have created with global providers.
2. USED COOKING OIL & CRUDE RAPESEED / CANOLA OIL (for BIODIESEL)
We supply vegetable oils, yellow grease, used cooking oils, and animal fats for purposes of reusing and turning it into biofuel / biodiesel. The biofuel is produced utilizing a process that converts the fats and oils into biodiesel and glycerin (a co-product), this process is called transesterification. We supply Used Cooking Oil by the Metric Ton and ship it globally. We also supply crude Soyabean Oil and crude Rapeseed / Canola Oil for biodiesel production purposes.
3. Refined Sunflower Seed Oil (RFSO), Soybean Oil, RBD Palm Oil, Canola Oil, Rapeseed Oil
At Hexabomb Studios, we supply bulk refined edible oils to the global wholesale market. Our refinery relationships are strategically located in Poland, Malaysia, India and Turkey, which allows us to easily sell bulk edible oils to all four corners of the world. We sell in bulk (flexitanks, isotainers or by vessel) to filling and bottling companies, but can also provide private label services as well. Serious inquiries only.
4. Frozen Chicken
We buy, sell and distribute frozen food products internationally, with a primary focus on frozen chicken, pork and beef, with export to China. We work directly with slaughter houses in Brazil already equipped with GACC & SIF to provide a seamless experience for our overseas customers. 5. Ethanol, Isopropyl & Hydrogen Peroxide
Hexabomb provides USP-grade ethanol (low acetyls, sulphur and methanol) that is used by pharmaceutical and CPG companies across North America. We also blend and distribute a full range of USP and FCC Isopropyl material (70% - 99%), which is manufactured, packaged and stored under current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) per 21CFR part 211 in FDA registered and inspected facilities.
6. Contract Manufacturing
We produce “shelf ready” retail products from a 100,000 sq. ft. cGMP rated facility just north of Toronto. To date Hexabomb has produced over 16 million bottles of consumer product. We are an experienced filler well known to established CPG brands. We are also a National Brand Equivalent (NBE) filler to many national retailers.
